I am simply wondering what happened to his two year old form. Zito says he thinks the Wood was a good race, but Anak Nakal has a lot of work to do if he wants to win this race. He likes Churchill and won a race there at two, but he's been pretty lackluster this year. I'm not sure I would have run him if he were my horse, but obviously, he's not. Anyway, I love that he's by Victory Gallop, who of course was 2, 2, and 1 by a nose in the 1998 Triple Crown against Real Quiet.
