(Blackberry Road)
Blackberry Road--Finally drops out after disappointing in the Arkansas Derby. The colt seems to always have something to show in a race, but has only won once in more than enough lifetime starts. He looked more promising at the beginning of the year than he does now.
Yankee Bravo--Needed to win or place in either the Louisiana Derby or the Santa Anita Derby to make the budget. It's unfortunate--he deserves to run in that race al much as any of the others. He has talent and we may see him in some big ones later in the year
El Gato Malo--Probably wouldn't have made the graded earnings anyway, but this was a disappointment. He really deserved to run and had a shot at winning, but his Santa Anita Derby dealt him out of the cards. He'll hang around SA and run some races there.
